Coaching Around the World

I am currently giving in-person lessons out of Champions Fast Pitch Academy in Marietta, GA. I have coached all over the world, including with travel teams in Orange County, CA and Georgia, with the softball organizations in Italy, and clinics in Japan.

My Softball Career

I was a pitcher at the University of Arizona for four seasons.  During my time in college, I went 24-14 with a 3.16 career ERA. I also pitched the 9th perfect game in Arizona's history.

In Italy, I played two seasons in the A1 professional league.  My first season I played for Caronno Pertusella, leading them to the semi-finals. The second year for the Piannoro Bologna Blue Girls, where I also pitched in the training camp for the Italian National Team prior to them qualifying for the 2020 Olympics.

In addition to my professional softball career in Italy, my career with the Venezuela national team began in 2018 and continues through the present. In the 2018 World Championships in Japan, I was 5th for ground outs and allowed only a 1.38 ERA. In the 2018 South American Championships in Aruba, I was named MVP and Best Pitcher for the entire tournament. In the Softball America's Qualifier for the 2020 Olympics, I finished tied for first for strikeouts with 23 and a 1.67 ERA.

Most recently, in the 2022 Pan American Softball Championships, I pitched the majority of the innings to help Venezuela finish 5th overall. This finish qualifies Venezuela for the 2023 Central American Games, 2023 World Championships, and 2023 Pan American Games.

Pitch LocationTrackers

As I developed from a collegiate to a professional pitcher, I realized that most pitchers are not familiar with how to effectively scout hitters. These sheets are what I wish I had while developing as a pitcher so I can see what I have been throwing to the hitters and have a better approach for their next at-bat. In addition, this gives a physical record of how I previously pitched these hitters and could come up with an improved approach thanks to the data. These trackers can be used as training tools when watching college/professional games, progress tracker for hitting spots in games, and most importantly for pitchers to use and review how they have pitched to hitters previously and establish a plan to pitch to them again.
